Timmons Group Office Building

Timmons Group has built a 150,000-square-foot office building that serves as their new corporate headquarters within Springline at District 60.

The five-story Class A office building is fully leased and is the new home for 400 Timmons Group employees, in addition to employees from the Chesterfield County Public Schools and Department of Economic Development.

Parking Garage NOW OPEN

Springline developers have constructed a 790-space car parking garage to serve the new headquarters building and other users.

All parking at Springline will be free to retail customers.

Additional Office Buildings Planned

The master plan for Springline includes additional office buildings.

A total of 335,000 SF of Class A office space is planned.
