About Springline at District 60
Springline at District 60 is a multi-phase, mixed-use development located at U.S. Route 60 (Midlothian Turnpike) and Route 150 (Chippenham Parkway).
This $1 billion public-private partnership will include over 1,200 residential units, 120,000 square feet of retail space, and 300,000 square feet of office space. Additionally, the development will feature two hotels, a large conference center, and an anchor retail building focused on music and entertainment.
The project will also incorporate arts and fitness activities in its Celebration Park, an innovative outdoor entertainment and fitness space, along with other green spaces. A multi-use walking, running, and biking path will connect to the adjacent Boulders Office Campus.
Once completed, this project will provide a dynamic new destination for residents of Chesterfield County and the Richmond region, serving as a catalyst for further redevelopment along the Midlothian corridor.
