Two Hotels Planned for Springline

A 275-room full-service Hilton Hotel and Conference Center developed, owned, and operated by the Shamin Hotel Group will open in late 2027. The hotel will be able to accommodate medium-sized conventions with over 30,000 SF of meeting room space.

Shamin Hotel Group is also planning a 120-room Residence Inn hotel which is scheduled to break ground in late 2025 and open in late 2027.
